I have always LOVED food. Through my personal experiences, and my training to become a Registered Dietitian, I have made it my mission to take a functional approach to nutrition. That means, I focus on fixing the root cause of an issue. Whether that be GI issues, high blood sugar, fatigue, accessing healthy food, teaching you how to cool, whatever it may be, I want to get to the root of the issue so we can fuel that together and get you feeling and looking your best. This is not a quick fix diet, this is sustainable lifestyle change. Change might sound scary, but I promise my job is to make it not so scary, and make it so that really, your life gets EASIER. I have worked with a wide range of populations such as people with diabetes, weight management, prenatal care, athletes, and people interested in living their healthier, FULLEST life.
